The Company is incorporated in the United States in the State of New Jersey where all corporate operations currently reside.  ABI is not incorporated in the UK; therefore, the rights of shareholders may be different from the rights of shareholders in a company incorporated in the UK. There are no restrictions on the trading of ABI's shares on AIM .
